To add a new FAQ, follow these steps: 1. Click the “Manage FAQs” button. 2. From your site’s dashboard, you can add, edit, and manage all your questions and answers. 3. Make sure each question and answer is added to a category. 4. Save and publish. It's that simple!

Absolutely! To add media, follow these steps: 1. Go to the app’s Settings. 2. Click on “Manage FAQs”. 3. Select the question you want to add media to. 4. While editing your answer, click on the camera, video, or GIF icon. 5. Add media from your library. It's that simple!

To change or remove the “FAQ” title, go to the Settings tab in the app. If you prefer not to display the title, just disable the Title under “Info to Display”. Easy as that!
